  • Student's full name and year level
  • Parent or guardian's name
  • Mobile number and email address
  • Subject of interest and preferred lesson type
  • Any additional comments you choose to include

2.2 Automatically collected information. When you visit our website, Google Analytics may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, and which pages you view. This is anonymised, aggregated usage data and does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide information about our tutoring services
  • Communicate with students and parents/guardians regarding lessons
  • Understand overall visitor numbers and improve this website
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We only use personal information for the purpose it was collected, unless otherwise required by law.

Enquiry form submissions are forwarded by email via Web3Forms; the website itself does not store submissions in any database. Visitor analytics are processed by Google Analytics. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Some service providers, including Google, may store data on servers located outside Australia; where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with Australian privacy standards.

We take additional care when handling information relating to minors and only collect what is necessary to provide our tutoring services. 9. Testimonials

From time to time, parents may voluntarily share feedback about our tutoring services with us by text message, email, or in person. With the parent's consent, we may publish this feedback as an anonymous testimonial on our website. Testimonials do not include the student's or parent's name or other identifying details. If you would like feedback you provided to be corrected or removed, please contact us.

10. Photographs on This Website

Photographs published on this website were taken during our tutoring sessions. Every person appearing in a photograph on this site has signed a media consent form permitting their image to be used, and where that person is under 18, that consent has been given by their parent or legal guardian. We do not publish students' names, schools, or other identifying details alongside photographs. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal applies to future use: we will remove the photograph from this website as soon as reasonably practicable, though materials already printed or distributed cannot be recalled.
